1. Delivery Policy

2. The site will ensure that the order is delivered to the address entered by the customer when making the purchase on the site and/or to any other address agreed upon between the parties.

3. Orders placed on the site will be processed and delivered according to one of the following delivery options:

4. Home delivery – at a cost of 29 NIS, to all parts of the country, within up to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

5. Self-pickup – from Zevulun 27, Kiryat Ata, Israel, Sunday–Thursday between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, by prior arrangement only.

6. "Business Day" – Sunday through Thursday, excluding Sabbath days, holiday eves, holidays and days on which banks in Israel are closed.

7. In the event that an ordered product is not available in stock, the site will notify the customer as soon as possible.

8. Delivery of orders

9. Delivery of orders will be possible within the State of Israel, provided that there is reasonable accessibility to the destination address and that the courier company provides service in the requested area.

10. Delivery warranty

11. The site will not be liable for delay or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, malfunctions or delays on the part of the courier company, strikes, emergencies or any other event that affects the activities of the site or its suppliers.
